Welcome to Zoom Optics ("we", "us", "the Site"). By accessing our website at zoomopticseg.com or completing any purchase through it, you agree to be fully bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Site.

Accessing or using the Site in any way constitutes your explicit acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, in addition to our Privacy Policy and Payment and Refund Policy published on the Site. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

3. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate descriptions and images of our products (prescription eyewear, sunglasses, lenses, and related accessories), but we do not guarantee that such descriptions are entirely free of unintentional errors.
All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable tax unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing or description error, even after an order has been confirmed, and will notify you with the option to proceed or cancel.
Installment payment options are available through our approved payment partners and are subject to that provider's own terms and eligibility criteria, and are not a direct obligation of Zoom Optics.

4. Orders & Confirmation

Receiving an order confirmation message does not necessarily constitute our final acceptance of the order; the order remains subject to review until it is actually shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, a pricing or description error, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Eyewear Prescriptions

When purchasing prescription eyewear or lenses with specific measurements, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information (prescription details, measurements) entered at the time of order.
We strongly recommend obtaining a current, valid prescription from a licensed ophthalmologist or optometrist before ordering.
The Site is not liable for any damages or outcomes resulting from inaccurate or outdated prescription data entered by the customer.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed on the Site at checkout (cash on delivery, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, or installments where available). By completing payment, you confirm that the payment details entered are accurate and either owned by you or used with proper authorization.
